The sun was high and the Capitol's gold-plated dome was reflecting the sun too harshly for a photo. Walked around the building and while trying to find a spot in a park across the street to photograph from, saw lots of people in the park and the park was filled with smell of marijuana. Reminded me of the excitement few years ago when Colorado and Washington became the first two states (of USA) to legalize recreational marijuana!
