Reset Mac Mini to Factory Settings using Windows Keyboard

Before returning the Apple Mac Mini with Apple M1 Chip (8GB RAM, 256GB SSD Storage) to exchange for Apple Mac Mini with Apple M1 Chip (8GB RAM, 512GB SSD Storage) , I had to reset it to factory settings. While it turned out to be a simple process, I didn't know exactly how to go about it initially since I was using a USB Windows keyboard. Here's what I had to do restore it to factory settings: shutdown the system while simulatenouly pressing and holding Windows key + R key on windows keyboard, press and hold the Power button on Mac Mini until MacOS utilities dialog appears. Let go off the keys and power button now Erase (i.e.) format the disk using Disk Utility option from MacOS utilities dialog. Exit Disk Utility once formating is completed. choose Install MacOS option from the MacOS utilities dialog and follow the prompts. Installation may take over an hour. When life gives you ginger, you make...

Harvested from my backyard. In normal times, I would share this with my friends and neighbors. Since we are all doing our part with shelter-in-place, I have to do something by myself with all of the harvest this time. I had this in the pan on my kitchen table when the morning light, coming from a window, shining on this raw ginger had me marveling at as simple a thing as ginger which, in normal times previously, I hadn't noticed at all! The color, texture, and aroma...are all simply wonderful! I hope I'm not the only one noticing more things now, sheltering in place, than when there was no restriction on movement. Precision Macro Focusing Rails for Macro Photography

4-way macro focusing rails with two rails (one goes left-right, the other goes forward-back) to assist in macro photography. While it can be used with just one of these, I find having two assembled (as shown in the picture) makes it easier when focusing closely. Precise movements are especially useful for focus-stacking. The only thing I don't like about these is the red-colored knobs. Since these are used at such close proximity to the subject, these could contribute to unwanted color cast.
