on a hot summer afternoon. Reached Lansing around 5 pm. Hot and muggy. The Capitol was pretty much deserted by then. I was meeting a buddy for dinner near Detroit in the evening and, hence, did not hang around the Capitol until around sunset for good light. When I visit Detroit next time, I will have to drive out to Lansing. Hopefully, I get a good picture then.
